| Biafra Times! Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) launches a weekly newspaper |
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has launched a weekly newspaper, called Biafra Times. The newspaper was launched on 30 May, 2015 during the Biafra Memorial Celebration at Aba. The Biafra Times is aimed at penetrating the rural grassroot area with no internet access.
Announcing the launch of the paper, the director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, stated that newspaper is being sponsored by Biafrans all over the world and would be distributed free of charge.
