How Buhari and bungling NBC made Radio Biafra a popular countrywide and global phenomenon

How Buhari made Radio Biafra a popular countrywide and international station
General Muhammadu Buhari and his managers have finally given Radio Biafra a national and international status. Mr Nnamdi Kalu is now a public figure people will subscribe to on social media.

They could have simply jammed the radio frequency quietly and silently and use all their energy in combating BH and think of how to make the life of the average Nigerian better, they are talking Radio Biafra.

Now everyone is talking Radio Biafra, those who don't know about this radio are now asking how to have a first hand experience of the activity of Kalu Nnamdi.

Radio Biafrra has now made news on BBC twice in 24 hours. see here

What else is cluelessness?

Radio Biafra is popular because Nigeria is not working -  simple.

"I am listening to Radio Biafra FM 102 right now in my car. Idris Abdulkareem's song is playing." - GEORGE Kerley

BBC REPORT

"We quoted Nigeria's Premium Times in an earlier post (09:58) saying that the government had announced the blocking of the broadcast signal of Radio Biafra - which it accused of spreading propaganda.

"But now the newspaper's website has confirmed that the radio station can still be heard - and it's not mincing its words:

On my own part, despite knowing Nnamdi Kalu and his cohorts, I had never visited Radio Biafra or their website or their facebook page except this morning after reading on Elombah yesterday that the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC) has successfully jammed signals from Radio Biafra.

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Information, Dr. Shade Yemi-Esan said this as the outcome of a meeting between officials of the Ministry of Information and President Mohammadu Buhari who took briefing from them on the activities of the ministry.

On Radio Biafra, Yemi-Esan said “We also have a report on that. Right now the signals from radio Biafra have been jammed successfully by the NBC.

She also stated that "The commission is also working with security agencies to get those that are behind that radio because it is an illegal radio. It is not licensed by anybody to be on the airwave in Nigeria.”

In any case, how can you jam satellite and internet radio?
