Despite various repeated efforts by the Nigerian government to stop Radio Biafra broadcast, the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has made another history by launching the Biafran TV on satellite. With this development, people across the world can now receive Biafran TV broadcasts from their satellites.
It is expected that footage of hidden atrocities of Nigeria perpetrated by various agents of the Nigerian government against Biafran people will be beamed live from the Biafra TV.
Confirmation of reception of the Biafran TV signals have been made in Enugu, Port Harcourt, Lagos, Abuja and even in Kano.
Biafra Television signals currently can be received with satellite dish and decorders (excluding the GOTV and DSTV). It can simply be tracked it in Yamal 402 position, with a 60cm/90cm dish, Ku band, strong recorded mpeg4. Any dish that receives Emmanuel TV and other church channels can receive the Biafra TV broadcasts.

Kanu also stated that Radio Biafra has now been launched on shortwave (SW) AM frequency.
The joys of the listeners of Radio Biafra after the announcement could be discerned by the excitement expressed by the callers of the fiery radio station. Callers across the globe expressed their joy and thanked the Director of Radio Biafra for keeping to his promise and for spearheading the restoration of the Republic of Biafra. They also thanked the IPOB for their love for their people.
