#ArrestUwajumoguNow! Call for the arrest Imo State Speaker Uwajumogu  for MURDER!
It is baffling that despite grave allegations of murder leveled against the immediate past Speaker of Imo House of Assembly, Benjamin Uwajumogu he is still walking free. Has the people been so cowed that they have lost all shreds of empathy in them?





Uwajumogu was accused of the murder of Franklin Okoli, by Ikenna Iwuoha, who has been revealing various atrocities and political assassinations that has been committed in Imo State. Yet the police has not made any move to arrest Uwajumogu for the crimes.

That allegations, which from Iwuoha, a former senior aide of the Speaker who recently regained his freedom after wrongfully being detained for the murder is being treated with levity by the Imo State Police Command.

That goes to show how high the order for that assassination is. Someone high up in Imo State is blocking the investigation. 

Of course Iwuoha directly accused the governor of Imo State, Rochas Okorocha of complicity in the crime. Iwuoha who had conducted his own private investigation has given the names of the cultist used to carry out the crime. Yet the police has not deemed it fit to investigate Iwuoha's accusations.

Iwuoha alleged thatthe fear of being exposed for a number of atrocities was responsible for Governor Okorocha allegedly directing the Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ben Uwajumogu, to kill him.He listed other aides of the Governor, his Deputy and Speaker who were subsequently killed in what he termed were “state sponsored manners” simply because they were accessories to information that could destroy the reputation or credibility of the government. They include; Emma Adoba, SA (Admin) to Speaker, Mr. Chidi – Protocol Asst., Kingsley Nkemka SA (Admin), Enugu born Police Orderly late Chinedu, all of them aides of Chief Ben Uwajumogu.

Others were Emenike Ihekwoaba, Chioma Ogoke and Laz Anyanwu, who was the abducted permanent secretary, ALGON Chairperson, and Chief Protocol Officer in the office of Sir Jude Agbaso respectively. As far as Samuelson Iwuoha is concerned, the cause of the rift between Okorocha and Agbaso is yet to be unveiled. It certainly has nothing to do with contract awards or embezzlement of a gratification of ₦485 million.


Iwuoha stated the following:

  • That Uwajumogu and Okorocha are patrons of several cult groups in the state.
  • That the 5 cult boys met my absence and thereafter killed Architect Franklin Okolie after communicating with Speaker Uwajumogu.
  • That the leader of the 5 cult boys who assassinated Franklin Okoli is the son of one Chief H. Izuogu, Governor Okorocha’s distant uncle.
  • The names of the 5 boys that attacked my compound and killed Architect Franklin Okolie were given as:
  1. Sampson Izuogu of plot 18 Ihechowa Street Owerri 
  2. Kelechi Uka (Aka – ALA Igbe) of plot 9 Njeribeakor Street Owerri
  3. Samuel of No 22 Madumere street off Christ Church road Owerri.
  4. Nzekwe Chukwudi (aka Nzekire black) who works as security guard at Corporate Affairs Commission Port Harcourt Road, Owerri.
  5. Chijoke Emereuwa, lives around fish Island, Ikenegbu Extension Owerri.
This confirms there is ample evidence to arrest Uwajumogu!

Ndi Imo must rise up now to demand for justice. If you are a lover of justice and wants to rid our land of these evil men join the crusade now!
