Biafran flag raised during Nigeria and Algeria in Senegal

Fearless Biafrans have raised the flag of Biafra alongside that of Nigeria during a football match between Nigeria and Algeria at the U-23 African Cup of Nations holding in Dakar, the Senegalese capital.



This is the another daring move by Biafrans to promote the cause of Biafra.

During General Muhammadu Buhari's recent visit to South Africa, he was accosted by Biafrans who were protesting at the venue of a meeting he was to hold with Chinese officials.

Dressed in T-shirts with the Biafra logo, eyewitnesses said the Biafrans got themselves into the left wing of the covered pavilion to flaunt the Biafran flag alongside that of Nigeria. They later displayed a large flag calling for Biafran autonomy.

The match eventually ended 0-0 with Nigeria coming second in Group B with five points, behind Algeria.

This is about the greatest promotion of Biafra and more of such is expected to come from Biafrans who are completely fed up with Nigeria.
