Coca Cola aligns with Biafra: Floods Nigerian market with customised drinks dedicated to Biafra and Nnamdi Kanu

There is an indication that the multinational soft drink giant Coca Cola is aligning with the people of Biafra. This emerged as Coca Cola produced customised can drinks dedicated to Biafra and Nnamdi Kanu. Pictures showing some Coca-Cola cans with the words "Nnamdi Kanu" and "Biafrans" have flooded the internet.

Kanu and Biafra are very popular the old Eastern Region and any product named after them is a money earner. Coca Cola catching on to this is hoping to increase their sales. This is expected to force other companies adopt similar steps, which would eventually popularise the Biafran cause. 

Already several shops across Nigeria are now selling "specially customised" Coca-Cola drinks. "Many noted this as unprecedented as some also declared their interest of getting at least a few. Biafrans are exploring every available avenue to promulgate the gospel of the restoration of Biafra," said the Biafran Times. Coca Cola has not responded to a request for comment.
