Photo Speak: Biafra buries her dead: Remains of IPOB members murdered by Nigerian security forces laid to rest
On 30th August, 2015, Nigerian security forces opened fire at unarmed Biafran civilians evangelising through the streets of Onitsha. Several were wounded with gunshots and at least two members of the Indigenous People of Biafra lost their lives from the incident.



Despite repeated denials by the Nigerian Navy and Police implicated in the crime against humanity, ample evidence confirms that Nigerian security forces have been instructed to intimidate and suppress Biafra with any available means including assassinations and kidnapping.

This week, the dead Biafrans were laid to rest in their respective villages.
