Nigeria's Minister of Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, yesterday flew to Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan, to attend the general assembly of the fifteenth session of the Committee on Science and Technology (COSTECH) of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

In continuance with his anti-Igbo stance, General Muhammadu Buhari rejected all Igbo-speaking servants of the Northern Oligarchy who assiduously worked for his emergence. Names such as Ogbonnaya Onu, Rotimi Amaechi, Chris Ngige, who were touted as potential candidates for the post of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF) were rejected by Buhari.
