We remember them! Biafra remembers their fallen heroes: Prayer of the day

Biafra remembers their fallen heroes Prayer for the day
Biafra Anthem: Land of the Rising Sun
Land of rising sun, we love and cherish,
Beloved homeland of our brave heroes;
We must defend our lives or we shall perish,
We shall protect our hearts from all our foes;
But if the price is death for all we hold dear,
Then let us die without a shred of fear.

Buhari’s 2yrs In Office: A Celebration of FAILURE! Worst Governance Records in Nigeria Since 1960 - Human Right Group

(Intersociety, Onitsha Nigeria: 29th May 2017)-The leadership of Int’l Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law has always maintained that the best way to measure or assess the records or performances of public governance in Nigeria carried out by successive and present Federal and State Governments, whether military, civilian or diarchy, since the country’s independence in 1960, is to embark on factual, realistic and comparative assessment of Nigeria with its peers in South America, Asia, Middle East and some African countries. Such comparative governance assessors must also be grounded with what modern public governance is all about or its core essence.

I believe that it is not only the height of naivety but also deeply insulting to say that the way to stop the Biafran agitation is to offer the Igbo cake.

You Can’t Understand ISIS If You Don’t Know the History of Wahhabism in Saudi Arabia

By Alastair Crooke
BEIRUT — The dramatic arrival of Da’ish (ISIS) on the stage of Iraq has shocked many in the West. Many have been perplexed — and horrified — by its violence and its evident magnetism for Sunni youth. But more than this, they find Saudi Arabia’s ambivalence in the face of this manifestation both troubling and inexplicable, wondering, “Don’t the Saudis understand that ISIS threatens them, too?”

When I evolved from a political writer to a revolutionary writer, I knew at once that the tide had borne me. Today, nothing else matters. What I dream of, think of, prognosticate is a nation South-East and South-South can call their own. What our governors are doing, or will do is not my concern anymore, for I know they are all functioning in a very faulty template. Nigeria is an expired drug, for she cannot cure those for which she was fabricated anymore. Of course, the lies the North used to split the South-East and South-South have run out of use, as we are working very hard to rediscover ourselves.
