Operation Python Dance has two goals:
1. Provoke IPOB to violence as an excuse to massacre the Igbo race. Note that the massacre will be on the Igbo race because they can't differentiate between IPOB and non-IPOB;
2. Besiege the Igbo people against reprisal attack by 1st October when the Arewa Youths begin to massacre the Igbo people in the North.
So, they'll be massacre in the North but South East will be prevented by Operation Python Dance by Nigeria Army.
