Nnamdi Kanu case stalled as Justice Tsoho develops cold feet. Absconds from court
The much awaited court case of the Director of Radio Biafra and the leader of Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) as being postponed due to the absconding of the trial judge.

Hon. Justice John Tsoho who was expected to preside over the case was nowhere to be found.

This postponement came as shock to IPOB members that have gathered at the court premises and environs waiting to see their leader mazi Nnamdi Kanu. No formal communication was made to the lawyers of Kanu stating that the court will not sit today, and no reason was given to why the judge was absent from the court.

Recall that the case was reassigned to Justice Tsoho after many weeks of searching for a judge. There are speculations that Tsoho may have abandoned the case as his learned colleague Justice A Mohamed did not quite long ago.

Sources close to the activities at the DSS revealed that Nigerian judges appear apprehensive to take on the case against the IPOB leader particularly due to the tension surrounding the illegal detention.
