[M.M.Mbanaja Series]: Igbo must map out a 5 years plan to leave the North, Lagos and its environ back to Biafraland
At first, it was the Boko Haram that issued a threat to Igbos to pack out of the North and they have followed the threat with series of annihilation through bombing gullible Easterners in their churches, markets homes etc.

A Yoruba socio-political group, Afenifere Renewal Group, has denounced what it described as an unrelenting desecration of Yoruba culture by the Igbo communities’ obsession with having a crowned king in Yoruba domains. In a trecent statement, the group said the title of Eze Ndigbo in Yorubaland is not backed by any customary law and is therefore considered alien.

“The evolution of this structure has forced us to consider it as an expansionist agenda as the structure is only rampant in Yorubaland,” said Kunle Famoriyo, its Publicity Secretary.''

As a child growing up in Lagos state in the 70s, Igbo were selling electronics along Oshodi/Isolo express road,in make shift shops and under the sun and rain, then Alaba market as it was .a full swamp and a no go area with no inhabitation. As the express road was nearing completion by Julius Berger , the Igbo traders were bulldozed into the Alaba swamp ,today look at Alaba, same also at Yaba,Balogun, Idumota,Ojuelegba ,Ladipo markets and as they were coming back from the Christmas celebration/new year 2016, their shops at Oshodi was gone with millions of goods, for how long will this continue when we have lands begging for development in Biafraland? The Igbo should revert to the Igbo town union that was operated effectively before the civil war and drop this artificial singing of the Lords song In a strange land while they focus on 5 years home going programme to avoid the impending Igbophobia in Nigeria. I was shocked to read with pictures recently here on the internet of Igbo popular Nollywood actress building massive shopping complex that runs into billions of naira in Abuja, Is this a curse or what?, has it not happened to you before?, Are you not aware that in a conference where Igbo leaders were stressing on resource control, the Northern delegation rose to agree that if the South East/South South insist on the resource control, they will have no choice than to take over all the properties in their land at Abuja as the resources of the North, since then Igbo ‘’Uncle Tom’’ leaders never mentioned ;’resource control’’ again

In our study of genocide, these attempts to target and destroy a peoples means of livelihood is a sure sign of possible genocide because after the destruction of a peoples means of survival ,death follows It will be recalled that the highest recorded genocide of the 20th century in which Joseph Stalin, leader of the Soviet Union, set in motion events designed to cause a famine in the Ukraine to destroy the people there seeking independence from his rule. As a result, an estimated 7,000,000 persons perished in this farming area, known as the breadbasket of Europe, with the people deprived of the food they had grown with their own hands.

Following the xenophobic attempts, unhealthy social jealousy and the attempt at embarrassing people of the South-East origin residing and doing business in the North ,Lagos and South West states the following 5 year plan should be drawn up for deliberation by Igbo for plans to leave the North, Lagos and environ in the same fashion the Israelites left Egypt,

FIVE POINT STRATEGY:

1. Relocation of Igbo Children: The first on the list is the policy of sending Igbo children, teens, undergraduate to schools in the East. traditionally, our parents prefer the schools in the East.

This would lead to more than 4 million Igbo students presently schooling in Lagos/North and neighboring schools migrating to the East leading to inflow of capital to the East to the tune of N80B per session at the average rate of N20000 per student. The resultant effect will be the triggering of new investment in the educational sector never seen since the end of the civil war. Also investment in stationery manufacturing, construction of school buildings, broadband Internet infrastructure, aviation business, etc will add value to the Eastern economy and put a lot of people into employment.

2. Relocation Of Investment: Second on the list is the gradual relocation of Igbo investments and capital from the city of Lagos/North environ back to the East. This will require utmost care and precision and advise of finance experts. First to be considered are the financial and stock broking service companies like banks, insurance etc. Banks with total Igbo ownership or considerable influence like Fidelity, Diamond, UBA, Zenith Access, Union should fuse into a powerful financial alliance and plan on how to relocate to Eastern states. This would lead to relocation or more than 2/3 of the banking business capital to the East. The relocation will see to the movement of Nigeria’s financial capital to East where they will be the major player as these banks form the core of Nigeria systemic banks .Also the movement of financial services companies which would follow this move will lead to stock broking firms, insurance firm, accounting and auditing companies boosting the economy of the East.

3. Consolidated Movement Of Nollywood To former Eastern region: The movie industry which Igbo founded single handedly and built to the third largest film industry in the world .Movies must now be made, shot, produced in the East. Eastern governments collaboration will be needed in building the me parks and allocations of land or zone for the sighting of film studios and film or motion picture schools. The relocation of Nigerian music industry, the industry which is controlled by Igbo like Don jazzy,P-square, Flavor ,Nigga Raw ,J martins etc with Nollywood will form the largest entertainment capital in Africa. This relocation will be followed up by recording companies

4. Relocation Of The Trading Empire In Alaba, Ladipo ASPANDA Berger motor ,Oshodi etc: The huge trading empire which has been under attack by vultures who often impose arbitrary taxes with demolition, annual registration fees and Babaloja/Iyaloja ,need to be relocated to the safe cities in Aba,Owerri.Umuahia,Enugu,Abakeliki and Onitsha Port Harcourt,Calabar,Uyo etc..This would require making the river Niger navigable, the deep sea port in Akwa Ibom completed and a rail link from Akwa Ibom to Aba, Onitsha,Umuahia,Owerri ,Port Harcourt and Enugu. The relocation will lead to a more than N20 billion exchanging hands on daily basis in Aba and Onitsha,Enugu, Abakiliki,Port Harcourt ,Uyo,Calabar and other satellite towns in the former Eastern region

5. Relocation Of The Oil And Gas Industry To Niger Delta: Firstly this is for international oil and gas companies that originally had their head quarters in Niger Delta until 1969 when some roques with decree relocated the headquarters to Lagos in the worst form of robbery and deprivation ever known to man. Finally, our web designers must design a western union type of money transfer that will be distinct and unique to enable Easterners transfer fund from the globe and other parts of Nigeria to the Eastern business hub and individual friends and relations in such acronym as ‘B to B’’

Where there is a ‘will’ there is a way, let no right thinking Biafran think that this suggestion is a pipe dream, rather anyi zue ezu nyuo mamiri, ya gbo ufufu.Owu nani udara muru nwa ana apiwa onu.?

Our people must be reoriented to stop the capital flight from Yoruba panthacostal churches in the East to Lagos, it is estimated that over 20 miilion naira is taken out of East weekly by the Yoruba churches outside the zone.

Enough is enough.
