Biafran Restoration: The Revolution of the highly deprived, subjugated and downtrodden

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and our struggle for freedom is a living organism. It is a case of subjugated people. Like a dog tied to a stake, Biafran people forced to remain in the Islamic republic of Nigeria is legitimately struggling for freedom from British imperialism, neo-colonialism and restoration of our land. 

The Biafra story presents a sorry view and heartbreaking history of a degraded people. An indigenous people enslaved in our own land. 

A people struggling to survive a second genocide, a people denied of the rights to live, the right to tune in and listen to our own radio station. 

A people hunted, kidnapped, killed, imprisoned for watching Biafra television. 

A people isolated for ethnic extermination both in civil and military service. 

A people denied of basic human rights and social amenities. It is the case of a people passionately hated for their hard work, creativity, and intelligence. The Biafra people have been subjugated to exploitation of the most horrendous type for over 100yrs. Yet the indigenous people of Biafra have been self assertive, in spite of our sympathetic condition, we resolutely demanding for freedom and independence.

The silence of the United Nations and the international community in the face of this wickedness, massacre, and imprisonment is unbelievable. We are no slaves and have no desire to commit our children to slavery. 

The Biafra genocide of 1967-1970 adjudged the worst in black history is repeating presently in Islamic republic of Nigeria against Biafran people by General Mumumadu Buhari. 

Our people are still being incessantly massacred by Islamic Boko Haram-infested Nigerian military. The military jets are in the air spreading dangerous substances upon our people on peaceful protest in Biafraland. The Islamic Boko Haram now in the Nigerian military and police has been given a shoot at sight order and are presently massacring our men and women. 

More than 20 people lying dead in the pool of their blood on 2/12/2015 and more than 65 people carried bullet wounds and are feared dead. What can we say of those arrested in Abuja for being in magistrate court where Nnamdi Kanu is tried for demanding for freedom?

The indigenous people of Biafra cannot continue to accept as our destiny the denial of human rights and basic amenities. We have right to live, to enjoy freedom and pursue happiness like other human beings. The force at work in this our struggle is the force of self discovery. 

The discovery that Biafra is not all about Igbo but all Biafra families; Ijaw,Ibibio, Itshekiri, Kalabari, Ogoni, Urhobo, Igalla, Igbanke,Idoma etc. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has made us all to realize our brotherhood. Hence, we shun every division and complacency and stand together in this struggle. Let us reinforce our ranks and file in this quest for freedom and effectively strike back at Buhari and his jihadism invasion of Biafraland. 

Let us choose to suffer the consequences of pressing forward our claim to freedom and independence than to surrender our ancestral heritage to impostors and parasites. 

When it appears that certain part of America was complacent during World War 2, it was Eleanor Roosevelt who said" we are fighting a war today so that individuals all over the world may have freedom. This means an equal chance for every man and woman to have food and shelter and a minimum of such things as spell happiness to the particular human personality" Let all Biafran people at home,diaspora, police,Army,etc embrace this imperative persuasion that we have right to defend ourselves, our land and free our people. Our ancestors were forced at gunpoint by Britain into this evil contraption called Islamic republic of nigeria,and the amalgamation has since expired We are now rewarded with genocide, slavery and serfdom.

Nigerian army, an easy prey to Buhari's Boko Haram terrorists are now gallant and firing armored tank rifles and tear gas canisters on unarmed Biafra people peacefully protesting in Biafraland. Nigeria never know democracy and rule of law. Islamic republic of Nigeria and sole administrator Mumummadu Buhari are still harping on his grand plan to islamize Biafraland. On 27 August,2011 Buhari has proudly said " I will continue to show openly and inside me the total commitment to the sharia movement that is sweeping all over nigeria. God willing, we will not stop the agitation for total implementation of sharia in the country" Buhari is a jihadist and owner of Boko Haram. It becomes worrisome when the whole world refuses to see the second genocide coming on Biafra people. To allow this continuous genocide is the worst act of stupidity. It is not about what Nigeria wants or Britain want, it is what is good for Biafra people. We want to be free, on this freedom struggle, there is no going back
