A UN war crimes tribunal has convicted Radovan Karadzic, the Serbs’ leader in Bosnia during the civil war in the 1990s, of war crimes. The tribunal says that Karadzic is ‘responsible for crimes against humanity’ and war crimes. Genocide charges are so far ruled out, but the events of Srebrenica are yet to be addressed. This judgment, which is coming some 21 years after the crimes were committed is a clear warning to the likes of General Muhammadu Buhari who has made a sport, the killing of innocent and unarmed Biafrans, in the guise of protecting the sovereignty of Nigeria.

Yesterday I received a call from a friend who said he called to apologise and to accept that he was wrong all along on Buhari and that he has now come to accept that my dissection on Buhari was right. Muhammadu Buhari has continued to prance up with the zeal to rule Nigeria once again. Buhari has promised heaven and earth if he is given the opportunity. However, many have continued to wonder what Buhari's plans and practical steps to achieve all he has promised. Barely few months to the elections, Buhari is yet to articulate a sensible plan on how he is going to tackle the myriad of problems facing Nigeria and turn it around for good. This is not surprising, because as the military Head of State of Nigeria, after painstakingly plotting to overthrow a democratically elected government, Buhari's administration was so clueless that it resorted to the phantom 'War Against Indiscipline' as a cover-up.
