Meanwhile, nothing is being done to recover these billions and no one is being questioned.
More than 48% of allocations received from the Federal Government from 2007-2014 cannot be accounted for.
Abuja is easy to blame while Amaechi allows billions of naira to be stolen quietly from under his nose.
Time will tell.
