The Nigerian Army, yesterday at the risk of shooting itself in the foot came out boldly to refute claims by the All Progressives Congress (APC)'s flag-bearer Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd) that they were in possession of his certificates. The army through the Director of Army Public Relations (DAPR), Brig-Gen. Olajide Laleye, said it is was neither in possession of the original or photocopies of Buhari's West African School Certificate (WASC) with which he enrolled in the Nigerian Military Training College in 1962.
