Explosive Minutes! Details of Jega's nefarious meetings with Northern Oligarchy to rig 2015 Presidential election
When the news filtered that Prof Attahiru Jega, chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was vigourously working with the Northern Oligarchy to foster a president of Northern extraction, many dismiss it with wave of the hand. This was until the Jega's action made his intent pretty clear.

Today The Biafran is in possession of minutes of several meetings held by the Northern oligarchy on how they were to return power to north. Among the strategy was the registration of under-aged people in the North:
"All northerners who had not previously registered must come out in droves to register in the continous voters registration irrespective of irrespective of their ages as machineries are already put in motion to ensure their smooth registration."

Many NYSC INEC adhoc officials have alleged that INEC staff training them on how to handle the 2015 Nigerian elections openly told them that the incumbent government is very corrupt and they must ensure a change took place. this was a subtle way to persuade the NYSC member will be be manning the polling booths to rig the election in favour of Buhari. It could be recalled that NYSC members in the northern region in 2011 foiled attempts by Buhari underaged suppertors to vote and many had to pay with their bives.

On February 5, 2015, the Southern Nigeria Peoples Assembly (SNPA), led by former Vice president Alex Ekwueme and Edwin Clarke called for the arrest of Prof Attahiru Jega for compromising the 2015 elections. This call shocked the country especially when the SNPA revealed a detailed plot by the INEC boss and the Northern Elders Forum, NEF, to rig the election in favour of a Northern candidate. The plan which has been hatched over the years since the 2011 election climaxed with a meeting Jega had with the members of the NEF in Lagos, through a proxy last year.

The SNPA authoritatively gathered with unassailable and incontrovertible evidence that Jega, who was away in Lagos for an official engagement, through one of his national commissioners that represented him, met with select leaders of the Northern Elders Forum led by Professor Ango Abdullahi on August 20, 2014, where strategies and modalities for enthroning a president of Northern extraction through vote rigging were discussed and agreed upon. The meeting was sequel to an earlier meeting of the NEF held on August 16, 2014, at Arewa House, Kaduna, under the chairmanship of Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Sule where it was resolved that “all avenues must be explored towards enthroning a President of Northern extraction in the forthcoming 2015 elections” and “a committee … put in place to liaise with the INEC chairman and some States Resident Electoral Commissioners in order to favour the North in the creation of additional polling units.”
