"Use of force against ISIS legitimate" - Pope Francis: Use of force to defend Biafra also LEGIMATE
"It  is legitimate to stop the unjust aggressor." - Pope Francis
Pope Francis has endorsed the use of force by United States and allies to stop ISIS terrorists from massacring Christian minorities in Iraq. The Pope stated that it  is "legitimate to stop the unjust aggressor."
The leader of the Catholic Church however stressed that it should be a joint effort by the international community to stop the radicals who have swept through north and western Iraq, targeting Christians, Shia Muslims and minority sects like the Yazidis.

"In these cases, where there is an unjust aggression I can only say that it is legitimate to stop the unjust aggressor," the Pontiff told reporters on the plane from South Korea.
This is a cue to Biafran Christians who are still reluctant to defend themselves against Islamic onslaught on them, based on the Biafrans are not supposed to fight. Boko Haram had on several occasion amply made it clear that its intention is to wipe out Biafrans and other Christians in Nigeria. It has been a long-term that has been ongoing in Nigeria since independence from British colonization.
With the Pope having endorsed the use of force to stop ISIS, Biafrans should have no excuse not to prepare to defend themselves against Boko Haram aggression.
