One of the leading British newspapers has turned its guns on General Muhammadu Buhari. The Telegraph is accusing Buhari of diverting funds made to fight Boko Haram. According to the report, hundreds of millions of pounds of British foreign aid given to Nigeria to help combat Boko Haram terrorists is instead being used to fund a witch-hunt against opposition politicians, it is being claimed.
