A staff in the Royal Embassy of The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Nigeria has confirmed to Vaxity that, the government of Nigeria and Saudi authorities have concluded plans to deploy Saudi Blackwater mercenaries to the Niger Delta region to tackle militants that have been attacking oil facilities.
