| OEAS gives five reasons why a Biafra Referendum must occur by March 31, 2016 |
The Organization of Emerging African States (OEAS) has outlined five reasons why Biafra Referendum must be conducted by March 2016. This was contained in a letter made available to The Biafran and other media houses by Dr. Jonathan Levy, Chief Administrative Officer of the OEAS.
