Obiano turned against Biafrans from the moment he shook the hands of the DEVIL that massacred innocent Biafrans!

Soon after assuming office as the governor of Anambra State on January 12th, 2015, Obiano organised a quasi burial of Biafran soldiers and erected a cenotaph.

The burial was sequel to the Biafran Memorial ceremony organised the previous year by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), following the clamour for a formal burial for millions of Biafrans who lost their lives during the Biafran-Nigerian War, by the Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

This is the second part (two) of the 10-page letter written to Minister of Interior, Retired Gen Abdulrahman Bello Dambazzau, PhD and Chief of Defence Staff, Major Gen Abayomi Gabriel Olonisakin, dated 16^th of February 2016 by the leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law and supported by the leaderships of Southeast Based Coalition of Human Rights Organizations (SBCHROs).
