| How a devious Yoruba man brought Ebola to Port Harcourt from Lagos: The Complicity of Lagos State Government |
The spread of Ebola virus to Port Harcourt, Rivers State has been linked to a devious Yoruba man, Olubukun Koye and the Lagos State Government that complicit in allowing the Koye to escape from quarantine and failed to notify the public. The Nigerian diplomat attached to the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), escaped from quarantine in Lagos after testing positive to Ebola virus and travelled to Port Harcourt for treatment. He concluded arrangements with a doctor friend, Dr Iyke Enemuo to treat him in an hotel. This consequently resulted in the death of the doctor who treated him Iyke Enemuo. Okoye may face manslaughter charges if he survives the disease.
