The scandalous video below shows a man identified as an official of Nigeria’s Secret Police (DSS), publicly shining shoes of Nigeria’s Interior Minister, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau, during an official function.
Dambazau, a retired army lieutenant general  is one of the most influential ministers in Buhari’s government.
