Nnamdi Kanu's legal team have continued to confound Justice Tsoho who has continued to adjourn the phantom treason trial in order to consult with his paymasters. Their intention to continue the proceedings today was frustrated by Kanu's lawyers who robustly argued that the judge cannot continue the case as a motion filed at the Appeal Court by Kanu's team was still pending. Tsoho who seemed determined to unjustly convict Kanu met his match today, who exposed at worst his prejudice and at best his legal ignorance.
