Rejection of South-East Development Commission: Nigeria's last mistake that will ENERGISE Biafra restoration
Nigeria may have lost her last chance to quell the surging agitation for the restoration of the Republic of Biafra, with the rejection of the bill to establish South-East Development Commission. This development is coming on the heals of the arrogant exclusion of the South East from a major railway construction where every part of Nigeria was very much covered except the South East.

I am not against Biafra's Independence. "I am not against people demanding for their rights" - UNDER-FIRE  'Apostle' Suleiman denies speaking against Biafra restoration

"On the Biafra issue, it is on records that I am one (if not the only) preacher who has spoken for the release of [Nnamdi] Kanu. I condemned the continuous illegal detention of Kanu and asked for his release. This is even on tape as recorded by my media team".

'Apostle' Johnson Suleiman who is currently under severe barrage of fire from Biafrans has denied making a speech against Biafra Republic restoration. The evangelist, who is a senior pastor and General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry (OFM) came under severe fire of criticism by Biafrans over recent publications that reported he spoke against the restoration of Biafra.  According to the report, Suleiman was quoted as saying that Biafra is dead and cannot not be restored. Suleiman has now denied this report according to Celebration TV.

Discontent in 'Biafraland' - AFP reports on Biafra Restoration momentum

Port Harcourt, Nigeria -- Minutes after touching down in Port Harcourt, I could feel the paranoia setting in.

I'd come to the city in Nigeria's south to travel to "Biafraland" in the southeast, which declared independence from the rest of the country in 1967, sparking a brutal civil war that lasted until 1970.

Nnamdi Kanu, Self-Determination and Biafra Restoration: Historic perspectives

Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra Restoration: Historic perspectives
The Nigerian State, which was created and designed by Britain for her economic gain, was an aftermath of the 1884-1885 European Conference held in Berlin for the partitioning of or scramble for Africa. The interest for the acquisition of Africa – its lands and peoples – followed the “abolition” of slavery and slave trade. Though said to have ended; it has to be clearly stated that slavery continued in a new dimension/fashion which could be regarded as “homeland slavery” and total possession of the peoples of Africa.

Archival picture of Nnamdi Kanu and Raph Uwazuruike: Biafra restoration did not start with Buhari. Buhari's actions CATALYSED it

Archival picture of Nnamdi Kanu and Raph Uwazuruike: Biafra restoration did not start with Buhari. Buhari's actions CATALYSED it
Biafra Restoration did not start with Muhammadu Buhari as claimed by Joe Igbokwe and other Uncle Tom's in the house.

When in the 90's an Okigwe, Imo State born Indian trained lawyer named Ralph Uwazuruike started a rather tongue twisting organization called Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), even those who believed in what he was doing found it uncomfortable openly mentioning the Biafra in MASSOB: as far as the Nigerian establishment was concerned, that word with whatever it symbolized was dead and buried, perhaps never to resurrect.

Biafra Restoration FAQ: See answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the Restoration of the Republic of Biafra

Biafra Restoration FAQ: See answers to Frequently Asked Questions about the Restoration of the Republic of Biafra

Q1. Why do you want to restore Biafra?

A1. Nigeria is a fraud and an illegal entity created by the British colonialist. It is a mark of stupidity that the different nationalities in the “mere geographic expression” named Nigeria believe they are one country. There is nothing a Biafran has in common with a Hausa, Fulani, Yoruba etc, and therefore should not be forced to associate with people who have diverse cultures, values, views and religion. It is a strong demonstration of injustice that Biafrans were forced into this union without their consent.

Ukpabi Asika's 'Boy boy' Prof Ukwu condemns Biafra Restoration movement- It's a pipe dream

Ukpabi Asika's 'Boy boy' Prof Ukwu condemns Biafra Restoration movement- It's a pipe dream
There were a number of Biafrans who sabotaged the first attempt at restoring Biafran Republic. Some of them such as Emmanuel Ifeajuna, Philip Alale were identified, tried and punished. Others however, escaped the justice of the people, but they however, did not escape the judgement of God. Some of these prominent saboteurs include Anthony Ukpabi Asika, General Hilary Njoku, Kingsley Ozurumba Mbadiwe, General Ike Nwachukwu, and Christopher Mojekwu.

Asika was about the most prominent Biafran saboteur. As western-backed Nigerian forces were killing millions of Biafran children and women, Ukpabi Asika was in league with the enemy massacring his people.

Radio Biafra, the One-Nigeria Scam and the absence of nation building

Radio Biafra, the One-Nigeria Scam and the absence of nation building
It was the late Chief Obafemi Awolowo who in 1947 famously declared that “Nigeria is not a nation but a mere geographical expression.”

Likewise Yakubu Gowon, the then head of state had also in August 1966 declared that “there was no basis for Nigerian unity.” Of particular note is the attitude of the independence leaders; the duo of Ahmadu Bello and Tafawa Balewa who took over the reins of power at independence both of whom in words and deeds never failed to demonstrate their disbelief in Nigeria.
