Senator Ali Ndume, representing a senatorial zone in Borno State has called Biafrans and Niger Delta Avengers not to use violence to achieve self-determination. Ndume, who has been accused a as one of the sponsors of Boko Haram, inadvertently accepted that Nigeria was on the road to a breakup, stated that negotiation was the best approach to handle the dicey issue.

Nigerian Senators on Thursday squabbled over the nationality of menacing Fulani terrorists rampaging and killing people across Nigeria. While Southern Nigerian senators pointedly said the terrorists are from Northern Nigeria, their Northern colleagues allegde they terrorists are from neighbouring countries.

The only known terrorist group operational in Nigeria are Boko Haram terrorists and Fulani Militants/herdsmen. Both respectively ranks 2nd and 3rd in the world. Whereas the Nigerian government, which allowed Ali Ndume identified by the the Department of State Services (DSS) as a Boko Haram sponsor to continue to seat in his Senate, it wishes to keep Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in detention for PHANTOM terrorism charges.
