No mercy for Abusidiqu! He rooted for APC tyranny and should face the music of misjudgement and stupidity!!
There has been a din in the social media following the arrest and detention of Abubakar Sidiq Usman, publisher of Abusidiqu.com by agents of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), following a publication on his website.

Many bloggers have aligned with him as they perceive it as the beginning of official clampdown on free speech currently being championed by bloggers.

But many seem to forget that Abusidiqu like few others rooted for 'General' Muhammadu Buhari and his tyrannical government. They called ex President Goodluck Jonathan all sorts of name. They used their blogs to lie and demonise him. Despite his not cracking down on them they clamoured for Buhari to bring change.

Mr designed GEJ like this,no 1 arrested him.But under Buhari, he is cooling in detention 4 cyber stalking

Now the change has manifested and the chicken has come home to roost. He should face the music.

Let's refresh, Mr once referred Jonathan as a Tyrant, now he understands d meaning of Tyrant under PMB
The blogger was arrested Monday morning in his home in Kubwa, Abuja for exposing shady dealings involving Ibrahim Magu, EFCC chairman.

The EFCC in a statement, said, Abubakar Sidiq Usman was arrested for cyberstalking; which is the repeated use of electronic communications to harass, or frighten someone, for example by sending threatening e-mails.

Wilson Uwujaren, spokesman for EFCC on Monday said, “the suspect (Usman) has already been offered administrative bail and would be released to his elected sureties.”

The details of the administrative bail demanded that the two sureties must be Directors in the civil service.

Family sources informed the HuhuOnline that Abubakar Sidiq Usman, who owns the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC-leaning blog, has not been able to meet the bail condition.

Online Publishers Association of Nigeria, OPAN, has condemned the arrest of Abubakar Sidiq Usman.

The body described his arrest as an attempt to stifle press freedom Nigeria and asked EFCC to release Abubakar Sidiq Usman immediately without his conditions or bring him before a competent court.

OPAN pointed out that EFCC`s action was an abuse of its powers and demanded the anticorruption agency to cease and desist from acting as judge, jury and executioner.
