Heavily 'armed robbers' have mounted a brazen attack on the motorcade of a Saudi prince in Paris, making off with 250,000 euros in cash and stealing sensitive diplomatic papers, French police said Monday. The attack that appeared to be well coordinated and smirks of a professional act of a secret service that were 'obviously well informed of their target'.

Nigeria should use Ebola survivors' blood [convalescent serum] to treat others
Two doctors, a nurse and a patient, infected with Ebola Virus Disease were today discharged from the quarantine unit of the Emergency Operation Centre (EOC), at the Mainland Hospital, Yaba, Lagos. The five Nigerians who recovered from the deadly virus have been discharged from quarantine.
The use of blood of survivors of a disease to vaccinate or treat others is not an uncommon practice in medicine and public health. It works from the logic that the survivors were able to generate antibodies that were stronger and able to withstand the assault of the pathogen.
Aliens among men: Canadian former defence minister confirms
A former Canadian defense minister, Paul Hellyer has confirmed that
aliens are walking among men. Hellyer made this declaration in an interview
with Russia Today, stating that not only
do aliens already walk amongst humans but they are refusing to share their
advanced technologies until humans change their bellicose nature.
According to Paul Hellyer, who was a Liberal defense minister from 1963
to 1967 under prime minister Lester B. Pearson, there are 80 different species
of extra-terrestrials.
Nuhu Ribadu is unprincipled and has no shame!
Couple of
days ago the erstwhile chairman of the Economic and
Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC) boss, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, dumped the All
Progressives Congress [APC] and joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Ribadu’s exit from APC was surprising to many who had viwed him as a man with
principles and untainted character. Moreover, Ribadu was the presidential
candidate of the defunct Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN), which is the
mothership of APC, in 2011.
Ribadu’s shameful defection to the Peoples Democratic
Party epitomizes the unprincipled character of Nigerian politicians, whose
actions are whimsically guided by greed and selfish interests.
Political intrigues in Central African Republic and the HIDDEN HANDS that pull the strings: X-ray of political manoeuvres in Central African Republic that has wrecked the African country
- Unending French interference in the country
- Black African greed and corruption
As violence continues
to rage in Central Africa Republic (CAR) The Biafran decides to shed
some lights in the unending crisis that has engulfed and impoverished what
would have been one of Africa’s richest countries.
Ever since her
independence from France in 1960, Central African Republic, formerly known as
the Ubangi- Shari (Oubangui-Chari) under French colonial
administration, has been a theatre of violence. With a
relatively small population of about 4.3 million and huge mineral and natural resources
such as diamond, uranium crude oil, gold, arable
land and timber, the country and its inhabitants would have been among the
richest in the continent. Unfortunately,
Haider al-Abadi: Introducing Iraq’s new leader
Last week’s turmoil in Iraqi political realm occasioned by the increasing influence of the Islamic State (former ISIS) in northern Iraq, led to the untimely exit of Nuri al-Maliki as Iraqi Prime Minister. With that emerged Haider al-Abadi, who was nominated on August 11 by raqi President Fouad Masoum Abadi. “The country is in your hands,” said Masoum, a Kurd, to the 62-year-old Shiite politician.

Biafrans take note! ISIS terrorists 'kill 300 MORE Yazidi men and kidnap their families after they refuse to convert to Islam[/caption]
Biafrans should take note of what is happening in Iraq and Syria. Perhaps Boko Haram may replicate such atrocious acts in Biafra, if efforts are not made now to safe guard Biafra.
The Islamic State terrorists today 'massacred' more than 300 Yazidi men - just one day after allegedly killing 82 others who refused to convert to Islam.
The insurgents stormed into the small village of Kocho in northern Iraq, where they spent five days trying to persuade villagers to take up their religion, local officials said.
Scotland vs Biafra: Biafra has more valid and stronger case for secession than Scotland
|
It is no longer news that the people of Scotland wishes to leave
the United Kingdom. As the date for the referendum on Scottish independence draws closer, political gimmicks are rife in the land as many Scottish citizens agitates to regain their freedom from the English controlled Britain. In the same vein Biafrans are agitating for their freedom from the stranglehold of the Islamic northern oligarchy and restoration
of their country.

Analysing The Abuja Declaration 1989: The long-term Islamic initiative to takeover Africa
“Those who know nothing of Islam pretend that Islam
counsels against war. Those [who say this] are witless. Islam says: Kill all
the unbelievers just as they would kill you all! Does this mean that Muslims
should sit back until they are devoured [by the unbelievers]? Islam says: Kill
them [the non-Muslims], put them to the sword and scatter [their armies]. Does
this mean sitting back until [non-Muslims] overcome us? Islam says: Kill in the
service of Allah those who may want to kill you! Does this mean that we should
surrender to the enemy? Islam says: Whatever good there is exists thanks to the
sword and in the shadow of the sword! People cannot be made obedient except
with the sword! The sword is the key to Paradise, which can be opened only for
Holy Warriors!” - The Ayatollah Khomeini of Iran responding to apologists for Islam.

Russia’s retaliatory sanction bites EU hard: Poland asks US to buy Russian barred apples. Greece asks EU to cancel sanction on Russia
Russia’s retaliatory sanction on EU countries is causing ripples and discord among EU countries. There is growing dissent in the EU over policies that led to a de fact trade war with Russia. Meanwhile the countries not toeing the line are reaping the benefits, irritating those who jumped on the sanctions bandwagon.
Meanwhile, to fill the gap left by the banning of EU fruits in Russia, China will start selling fruit and vegetables directly to Russia, and Baorong company plans to set up a special logistics center in Dongning on the border with Russia’s Far East to do it.

![]() |

A UN-backed war crimes tribunal found the Khmer Rouge’s Brother No 2 Nuon Chea and former head of state Khieu Samphan guilty of crimes against humanity and sentenced to life imprisonment, in a move heralded by human rights groups as a “historic victory” for the nation.
The verdict came nearly
40 years after the regime led by Pol Pot ended its murderous four-year reign
over Cambodia, during which time nearly 2 million people – a quarter of the
population –died from

That story of Yugoslavia - the future of Nigeria
As Nigeria tethers on the brink of collapse, the story of Yugoslavia, a country in Southeast Europe generally known as the Balkans, and its breakup jumps into focus to discerning minds. The Yugoslav breakup and subsequent wars have been deemed one of the worst in modern day Europe. Perhaps Nigerians should learn one or two lessons from the Yugoslavia story and save themselves from impending doom. There were so many opportunities that would have averted the Yugoslavian wars but the country missed all the opportunities. Nigeria is about to lose her last opportunity for the resolution of the country’s myriads of problems.

Al-Shabab and Boko Haram plan Kenyan Westgate-style attack in Abuja – Security sources
There are strong indications that members of the
Somalia militant sect, Al-Shabab, aided Boko Haram militants in carrying out
the attack on Nyanya Motor Park seven days ago.
The PUNCH’s investigations
on Sunday also revealed that Al-Shabab, which has strong links with Al-Qaeda,
had moved from providing technical assistance to Boko Haram to fighting
alongside insurgents in some parts of the North-East.
It was gathered that security agencies received
intelligence reports that Al-Shabab, which carried out the West Gate Mall
attack in Kenya, was planning an attack in Abuja.
A top military source, who confided in
one of our correspondents, said the information was received two weeks before
the March 31, 2014 attempted jailbreak at the Yellow House headquarters of the
Department of State Security Service in Abuja.

Nyako is incapable of rising above “parochial sentiments and possesses morbid hatred for facts and truth in public discourse – Presidency blast Nyako
The Presidency has blasted the Adamawa State governor, Murtala Nyako over his recent memo to northern governors, which was aimed at inciting the north against the government of Goodluck Jonathan, describing him as incapable of rising above “parochial sentiments and possessing a morbid hatred for facts and truth in public discourse. Reacting sharply to Nyako's memo on Saturday, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe, described Nyako's memo as “an unmitigated leadership disaster and a sad betrayal of trust by a major beneficiary of the Nigerian nation.”

Murtala Nyako memo of lies and frustration: A call for the overthrow of Jonathan
The memo of Adamawa State governor, Murtala Nyako’s to the Northern Governors Forum by captioned “On On-Going Full-Fledged Genocide in ‘Northern Nigeria’, circulated on April 16, 2014 has been found to be packed with lies and twisted history, meant to cause disaffection and anarchy, that will lead to the overthrow of President Goodluck Jonathan’s government. In the memo Nyako exonerated Boko Haram (which he referred to as Phantom Boko Haram) for the various atrocities, which Boko Haram has claimed responsibilities for, and heaping virtually all of them on Goodluck Jonathan’s administration. Nyako stated that, “Cases of mass murders by its bloody minded killers and cut-throats are well known, but it attributes the killings to so-called Boko-Haram. Thousands of our young girls and boys have been kidnapped by clearly organised militia in the last few years and kidnapping is now a random affair all over the far North. These organized kidnappers must have the backing of the Federal administration for them to move about freely with abducted children just as those who convey ammunitions and explosives from the Ports to the safe-houses of so called Boko-Haram in the North.

Ejindu:
I am glad to meet you, Sir. How would you feel if you knew that you are being
regarded as a hero?
Nzeogwu:
Very pleased naturally. But the truth is that I am not a hero. If there was any
famous Major Nzeogwu, I have never heard of him....
Ejindu:
It is rumoured that you have just finished writing a book, what is it like?
Nzeogwu:
Good gracious! Ninety-nine per cent of all the stories you hear in this country
are false. I have not written any book because there was nothing to write
about. You can only write about a
Uli and Uga Airstrips: The ingenuity of Republic of Biafra
The Biafra's two main airfields were at Enugu and Port Harcourt. Three other landing grounds existed at Calabar, Owerri and Ogoja, but with little (if any) landing facilities, such as landing aids, etc. The loss of Enugu, Biafra Capital in 04 October 1967 and two weeks later Calabar in the South East helped the Federal troops to control the Biafra-Cameroon border and seal off the Biafran coastal ports. We were forced to transfer international communications, including valuable arms flights to Port Harcourt which became Biafra's main outlet to the world till May 1968. Tt was the loss of Enugu which prompted the concept to establishing a series of secret airstrips in the Biafran bush and a team of Biafran engineers
