The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has described General Muhammadu Buhari as a murder with extreme desire to exterminate Biafrans. In a Press Release captioned "MUHAMMADU BUHARI AND HIS ORGY FOR EXTERMINATION OF BIAFRANS", IPOB stated that has never hidden his orgy for the extermination of Biafrans.
