The CEO of Capital Oil and Gas Industries, Ifeanyi Ubah has announced that all Capital Oil stations have been ordered to start selling fuel.
In a press release made available to newsmen, spoke compassionately about the fact that a lot of sectors in the Nigerian economy have started to suffer as a result of the fuel scarcity.
