| Why did Germany allow Luxembourg to leave Germany and become a sovereign nation? The so-called territorial integrity of Nigeria has been tinkered with - Biafrans to German Ambassador |
The Directorate of State (DOS) read with consternation, the infamous statements made by the German Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. Bernhard Schlagheck, when he visited Mr. Chiedozie Ogbonnia of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, an organization whose credibility is quickly eroding by the day. The Premium Times of July 24, 2017, reported Mr. Schlagheck as saying that “all stakeholders should respect the Nigerian Constitution and territorial integrity of Nigeria.” Mr. Schlagheck further stated that the so-called “representatives in the parliament will take appropriate steps to make the restructuring process successful for the people of Nigeria” and advised that “all stakeholders abide by the constitution and bring in what they have to say in the discussion process and make Nigeria better, prosperous and more successful.”
The DOS is disturbed that such statements that accord credibility to Nigeria’s fraudulent constitution is coming from a man that has Ph.D. in Law. Even with the unique situation in Germany after the second world war, the German constitution, popularly known as the “Basic Law of the Federal Republic of Germany,” was drafted between September 1948 and April 1949 by the 65-member Parlamentarischer Rat elected by the Parliaments of the German Länder. Between the 8th and 23rd of May 1949, the draft Constitution was ratified by the Parliaments of all the Trizonal Länder (except in Bavaria) and the Constitution came into force on the 24th of May, 1949. On the contrary, the Nigerian fraudulent constitution was solely written by Retired General Abdulsalami Abubakar in 1999 and forced down the throats of those living in the British-created geographical expression called Nigeria, with all the pro-Islamic and pro-North “bells and whistles.” On what basis, therefore, is Mr. Schlagheck requesting people to respect a fraudulent document called the Nigerian Constitution?
The DOS will like to remind Mr. Schlagheck that the so-called territorial integrity of Nigeria has been tinkered with in violation of Section-2, Section-3, and Schedule-1 Part-1 without constitutional amendments as stipulated in Section-9 of the fraudulent constitution. Significant areas of Bakassi in Cross River state and 16 villages in Kwara state have been annexed by Cameroun and the Benin Republic respectively without constitutional amendment as required in Section-9 of that fraudulent constitution.
The DOS will also want to remind the 61-year old Mr. Schlagheck that the United Nations (U.N.) has guaranteed the Indigenous People their Right to self-determination through the U.N. Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP). The DOS points Mr. Schlagheck specifically to Articles 3 & 4 of the UNDRIP as a response to his negative remarks on the quest by Biafrans toward the restoration of the nation of Biafra.
The DOS is aware that Mr. Schlagheck and his home country prefer Nigeria as it is because a German construction company called Julius Berger is fleecing Nigeria through over-inflated contracts that are always awarded to them. Sometimes this company is used to launder money into the German economy. Biafrans are aware that Julius Berger frustrated the efforts of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) to design and build the second Niger bridge because the company wanted to execute that project and it eventually got awarded the project at a super-inflated price, after inducing government workers with bribes. It is common knowledge that money derived from sales of oil and gas products from Biafraland is the only source of funding for the over-inflated contracts that are awarded to Julius Berger of Germany since their entrance into Nigeria.
The DOS wishes to ask Mr. Schlagheck why did Germany allow Luxembourg to leave Germany and become a sovereign nation and thereby violating the original territorial integrity of Germany. Austria and Switzerland both annexed parts of Germany and altered the territorial integrity of Germany, yet Mr. Schlagheck is silent about it. Furthermore, we expect Mr. Schlagheck to nullify the nations that came out of Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia, Soviet Union, Ethiopia, and old Sudan because the emergence of these nations violated the territorial integrity of the original countries where they emerged from.
The DOS recalls that a referendum was conducted on the 23rd of October 1955 in Saar Protectorate to determine if the Protectorate should remain part of France. In a unanimous vote, the citizens opted to be part of West Germany which led to the Saar Treaty of 1956 and Saarland became a state in Germany on January 1, 1957. We ask Mr. Schlagheck why they allowed the alteration of the territorial integrity of both France and West Germany to accommodate the Saar Treaty and to activate Article-23 of the Grundgestz (German Constitution).
By his utterances, Mr. Schlagheck and his home country are encouraging the murderous government of Nigeria to continue the cycle and orgy of genocide regularly visited upon peaceful and unarmed Biafran citizens. This goes to prove that Germany is not yet done with genocide and holocaust after exterminating over 6 million Jews. Having found out that Biafrans and Jews are linked in consanguinity, the German government is ever willing to continue from where they stopped in 1945.
The DOS wants to remind Mr. Schlagheck that when he served as Deputy Head of the Political Affairs Office in the UN Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), Pristina, and as Chief of Staff to the Special Envoy of the UN Secretary General for the future status process of Kosovo (UNOSEK), Vienna, it was as a result of Kosovo which declared her independence from Serbia on 17 February 2008. It is surprising that Mr. Schlagheck accepted to serve in these roles instead of insisting on the territorial integrity of Serbia just as he is now insisting on the territorial integrity of Nigeria where Julius Berger steals money from and remits to his home country.
The DOS hereby cautions the German Ambassador, Mr. Bernhard Schlagheck, and other members of the diplomatic corps with similar views to be wary of their comments because such reckless and ridiculous comments are capable of engendering bad blood between Biafrans and the commentators, thereby leading to future negative outcomes/consequences on relationships between Biafra and their country.
The DOS wishes to inform Mr. Schlagheck that regardless of his views and that of the Government of Germany on the territorial integrity of Nigeria and on Nigeria’s fraudulent constitution, the quest for the sovereignty of Biafra continues because the restoration of the nation of Biafra is a divine project whose time has come and is, therefore, unstoppable, unquenchable, irreversible, and irrevocable.
Long live Biafrans and long live the nation of Biafra!!!
