[Explosive Video] Dr Effiong, son of Biafra's 2nd Head of State speaks about Biafra: Calls Nigeria "The Enemy", Awolowo's policies "Gruesome".

General Phillip Effiong was Biafra Republic second Head of State. The Akwa Ibom-born General Effiong, was General Odimegwu Ojukwu's deputy, and took over towards the end of the war, when Ojukwu was persuaded to leave Biafra.

Dr Effiong, who lectures at the Maryland University in the United States, in this video spoke about his experience of the Biafra-Nigeria War.
