| Buhari DEFIES the ICC! Kills more peaceful Biafran protesters in Aba |
The General Muhammadu Buhari-led Nigerian government has once again defied the powers of the International Criminal Court (ICC). ICC was set up to stop blood-hungry dictators like from causing harm to humanity. Buhari today through his soldiers and police unleashed mayhem once again on Biafrans who were peacefully protesting in Aba and Enugu. About 8 peacefully and unarmed Biafrans were gunned down with live bullets fired at them by Nigerian forces and many more wounded and arrested.
On Day-1 of Biafran scheduled 4-day protest, a combined team of the Nigerian Army and police shot dead 8 persons in Aba. The soldiers took the corpses away to cover their tracks. The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) coordinators of Abia, Imo state, Rivers states and other members were taken away to unknown destinations. In addition, the military also set National high school Aba ablaze in a failed attempt to frame IPOB.
This quite appalling as similar protests by Biafrans are going on in other parts of the worlds without such news emanating from those parts.
The International Criminal Court (ICC), governed by the Rome Statute, is the first permanent, treaty based, international criminal court established to help end impunity for the perpetrators of the most serious crimes of concern to the international community.

Buhari has no respect for the Nigerian laws and has trampled on the Nigerian judiciary. He has also by his actions today, few days after he was dragged to the ICC by Biafrans, shown his disdain for the ICC.
As a political analyst puts it, the unrelenting killing of peaceful protesters by the Nigerian government shows that General Muhammadu Buhari is losing control and lashing out at innocent and unarmed people to start a war.
Buhari who is battling economic woes is keenly seeking war with Biafrans as distraction from his directionless rulership of Nigeria.
