To ensure these, scene of crime figures and facts are brutally mangled and information grossly corrupted or distorted in the context of “official crime findings or criminal statistics”.

This was later extended and enlarged ahead of 2015 general elections that produced Gen Muhammadu Buhari and his APC as the sixth Nigeria’s central civilian government.
