| Deconstructing the communique jointly issued by Ohanaeze Ndigbo and the Southeast lame duck governors |
The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) is appalled by the shameful, disgraceful, and cowardly joint communique issued by Ohanaeze Ndigbo and a group of lame duck Governors of the five states of part of the old Eastern Region that is unconstitutionally referred to as Southeast. The IPOB learned that the communique was issued after a meeting which held at Nike Lake Resort in Enugu on July 1, 2017. The said communique was presented by Mr. David Nweze Umahi, who ascribed the title of “ENGINEER“ to himself even when in violation of the relevant sections of CAP E11 L.F.N. 2004, considering the fact that his Engineering License Number R25719 is currently invalid and, therefore, he should not officially assign such title to himself.
