Caliphate agenda and ideology: Caliphate Colonialism-The taproot of the trouble with Nigeria (Part 2)

Part Two: Caliphate agenda and ideology in their own words, 1942-2012

The quotes below are taken from the works of two Nigerian scholars, Prof Omo Omoruyi and Dr Tony Nwaezeigwe. Northerners rejoiced for getting rid of the 'INFIDEL' - Tanko Yakassai. Buhari's emergence portends serious political danger for Nigeria

That is not my problem today. My problem is that we in the far North have acted out the script of Gideon Orkar. We have opted out of the mainstream of Nigerian politics and I am waiting for the time to come when we would realise the consequences of our action.
Frontline nationalist, Alhaji Tanko Yakassai is not exactly comfortable with the dynamics of the just concluded general elections. The elder statesman, in his characteristic bluntness, laments on the role of religion and ethnicity in the defeat of President Goodluck Jonathan. He is deeply worried that the fallout of the 2015 presidential election might result in negative consequences for the unity of Nigeria.

FINALLY! The North hijacks Nigeria. President, Senate President,  Senate Leader and Deputy Speaker goes to the North. CJN domiciles in the North. Saraki, Akume loses out
The All Progressives’ Congress (APC) has finally handed Nigeria over to the Northern oligarchy. Hopes by Senate Minority Leader Senator George Akume, Senator Bukola Saraki and other senators from the North central zone becoming Senate President may have been dashed.

This follows the formal adoption of a zoning of principal offices in the senate by the leadership of APC.
