Following rampant Fulani terrorist in the Enugu State, the timid Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has summoned courage to ban night cattle grazing in the state. He was however, afraid of declaring total shutdown of cattle grazing in the state as his counterpart in Ebonyi state just did.
