The real story behind the bombing of militants in Arepo in riverine community and militant hideout in Ogun State may be finally making its way into the public.

An exclusive ‘inside story’ has surfaced on an online platform, Lagos Herald, who have asserted that the militants being bombed in Arepo were a creation of the Lagos APC for the purpose of winning the 2015 Lagos general elections by all costs.

  • Nigerian army rains bombs on creeks of the militants 
  • About 114 suspected militants killed in the attack on their camps in the south-west 

At least 114 suspected Niger Delta militants are feared killed and scores of others wounded in attacks on their camps in Ogun and Lagos states. The Nigerian army, Air Force and Navy, commenced the bombardment on July 28 under the operation “Crocodile Laugh” in readiness for a showdown with militants in the Niger Delta.

Among the things causing Buhari's emotional imbalance is Biafra and Nnamdi Kanu, which made him recently declare that he would lead every Nigerian to mass suicide in the sea, when Biafra comes. Somnolent and war-weary Nigerian Army has reluctantly confirmed the detention of a ship off the coast of Bakassi by Niger Delta militants. The militants detained the merchant ship on Friday and threatened to blow it up with its foreign crew if the Nigerian Government does not release, Nnamdi Kanu, the illegally detained detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

Two Nigerian refineries go down over Niger Delta militants attacks
The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Wednesday, said it had shut two refineries in the southern city of Port Harcourt and Kaduna in the north because sabotage to crude pipelines. The plants were shut on Sunday because of “breaches” to the Bonny-Okrika supply line to Port Harcourt and the Escravos-Warri pipeline to Kaduna, the company said in an emailed statement.
