EXPOSED: How Buhari sneaked N940 Million into 2016 Budget for National Grazing Reserves

It has now emerged that General Muhammadu Buhari surreptitiously earmarked N940 million in the 2016 budget for the development of “strategic grazing reserves” to “stem the tide of herdsmen and farmers clashes” in the country.

Despite reduced oil production and international price of crude oil, General Muhammadu Buhari presented an unrealistic N6.07 trillion budget. It has now emerged that the budget belatedly signed into law on by Buhari may have started suffering a major cash flow setback from oil revenue as prices shed $5 per barrel as at last weekend while output dropped further due to Chevron facility bombing just before the budget was signed, Friday.
