Biafran most critical stage and requires Strategic Thinking - Open letter to all Biafran activists

The struggle has now entered the most critical stage. So now, it needs more "Strategic Thinking" and application. Reason is that the biggest obstacle to this struggle are the Igbo Elites, prominent citizens/politicians. Those who are benefiting in the Nigerian project. They are in every towns and villages in Igbo land. But the good thing is that they are in the minority, maybe 5-10%, or even less. But as you know, they are the most powerful, as allies to the federal government and their military might. These people are ready and willing to sacrifice anything, even to waste a million lives to maintain the status quo.



Dear Sirs,

Let me first introduce myself fully. I am Mr. Edozie Michael Ofodile, from Anambra State. A teacher, resident in Cape Coast, Ghana. Born in 1961, witnessed the Biafra civil war as a kid. As a witness to the most horrific, crude, cruel, barbaric and brutal civil war levied against the Biafran people, my memories of the war was, and still is of SADNESS of the highest order.

Let me first, thank all of you who are championing this Biafra Restoration struggle. Men and women of Biafrans all around the world, making this great Effort, putting their lives on the line. Many have lost their lives. Those are the heroes, in every struggle, there must be heroes. They will never be forgotten, in that that which they died for, would be achieved. GOD will never allow their deaths to be in vain.

I've been following the restoration struggle, desiring to be part of it, to contribute more, but constrained due to my employment as a teacher in foreign land. Then for my love for Biafra, I follow every bit of the struggle. As the children of GOD (umu Chukwu Okike Abiama), the victory is now near because, Divinely, GOD is set to deliver his people from captivity and slavery. Just as of old in the life of the Israelites in Egypt. He remains the Ancient Of Days, He never changes.

The struggle has now entered the most critical stage. So now, it needs more "Strategic Thinking" and application. Reason is that the biggest obstacle to this struggle are the Igbo Elites, prominent citizens/politicians. Those who are benefiting in the Nigerian project. They are in every towns and villages in Igbo land. But the good thing is that they are in the minority, maybe 5-10%, or even less. But as you know, they are the most powerful, as allies to the federal government and their military might. These people are ready and willing to sacrifice anything, even to waste a million lives to maintain the status quo.

At my age, I must be honest with you. Most of the reasons these Igbo elites, prominent citizens/politicians, even other Igbos around the world, who ought to join this struggle, but stayed aloof is because of anxiety, apprehension and morbid fear. They fear that if IPOB/MASSOB with Nnamdi Kanu as their leader succeeds in getting republic of Biafra, it would be a Junggle State/country. Just like Rwanda and South Sudan, which most people compare the future Biafra with, if not well managed. This fear could be valid, in that every reasonable person would like to know the kind of Biafra nation that will be created out of this struggle.

So, to dispel and cure this fear, this is the Strategic Thinking.

"IPOB/MASSOB would release a well crafted statement, letting Igbos/Biafrans and the entire world know the future of the Biafra nation they seek to restore. By stating that: That they, all the members of the IPOB/MASSOB, including Nnamdi Kanu, who are championing this struggle will not take part in the administration of the Biafra nation, when finally restored. That their duty is to restore the nation of Biafra which was there before the British came. 

That hence Biafra is restored, they would select around 5 to 10 credible persons, who will in turn, assemble maybe 50 to 100 prominent, nonpolitical personalities, persons of utmost credibility and integrity from around the world. Then these Biafran prominent sons and daughters from around the world, will administer the nation for 10 years on interim bases. They will set up all the structures of a nation, and determine the system of government suitable for Biafra. 

Let them mention the names of some prominent personalities that will appeal to the hearts, sensibilities and conscience of Igbo Elites. People like, Prof. Charles Soludo, Prof. Pat Utomi, Mr. Ndubuisi Kanu, Chief Ebitu Ekiwe, just to name a few".

Let them be putting out this information often, and let Kanu be making the statement often also. So that it willl sink into the ears and hearts of Igbos/Biafrans, Nigerians and the International community. With this they will win the sympathy and support of many prominent Igbos around the world. Because why the opposition is so fierce is because of the financial investment some Hausa/Fulani, other Nigerians including Obasanjo, had in the oil industry in River State. Also, you know that the British, Americans and other foreigners had huge investment in River State. 

If they can apply the strategy of this information, they are going to win the sympathy and support of prominent Igbos/Biafran and other Nigerians and foreigners alike, which will help the Biafra Restoration Struggle greatly. If Igbo elites/politicians and Nigerians alike, are getting vital and appealing information like this, their opposition to the Biafra restoration would wane, many sympathizers would be won and many will key into it.

Everything about Biafra is giving me sleepless nights, and this is part of my own Restoration Efforts which every person with "Igbo Spirit" suppose to make to build a future nation of hope and prosperity, that will be the Promise land, New Jerusalem, of our dream, as promised by GOD.
