APGA not at war with IPOB - Terrified APGA denounces publicity secretary over attack on IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu

APGA not at war with IPOB - Terrified APGA denounces publicity secretary over attack on IPOB and Nnamdi Kanu
My attention has been drawn to the open letter written by our National Publicity Secretary, Barrister Ifeatu Okoye, to the leader of IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the misinterpretation being given to it as the official position of our great party APGA. It is in light of the possibility of Bar Okoye's letter being misunderstood that l make the following clarifications:

1. The letter from Barrister Ifeatu Okoye to Nnamdi Kanu is unambiguously personal and all the expressions are in the full exercise of his freedom of expression.
2. Barrister Ifeatu Okoye did not in any way pretend to have written in his official capacity as the National Publicity Secretary or on behalf of our great party, APGA.
3. While we, as a political party do not support any call to boycott elections in Nigeria as being canvassed by IPOB, it must be understood that we have our our channel of communicating with IPOB on such sensitive matters.
4. As a political party, APGA stands with the people of Nigeria in the popular demand for restructuring and fiscal independence.
5. These clarifications have become necessary so that the personal opinion of a member of national leadership would not be misconstrued as the official position of our party.

Thank you all. Chief Uchenna Okogbuo. DNCS APGA.
