Buhari's Gestapo, the DSS arrests General Ihejirika, former Chief of Army Staff
'General' Muhammadu Buhari's Gestapo the Department of State Security (DSS) has moved against Nigeria's former Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Major General Azubuike Ihejirika (Rtd). The DSS arrested Ihejirika, the only Igbo to have risen to the position of COAS after General Aguiyi Ironsi.yesterday.

Ihejirika incurred the wrath of the Hausa-Fulani Oligarchy, for the ferocious way the army under him decimated Boko Haram terrorists. They had then threatened to drag him to the ICC for war crimes. Boko Haram regained its steam after the Northern Oligarchy forced ex president Goodluck Jonathan to retire him.  Ihejirika replaced Nigeria's current Minister of Interior, Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazzau as the COAS.

They even went as far as getting a discredited Australian 'negotiator', Dr Stephen Davis to claim that Ihejirika and insisted that former governor of Borno State, Modu Sheriff were the sponsors of Boko Haram.

Ihejirika had then rebuffed the accusation, describing it  as frivolous and unfounded. He said the allegation was meant to divert the attention of the country and its security agencies thereby causing division.

It is believed that the DSS will try to rope Ihejirika  into the  Arms deal probe, Naij reports. The ex-army boss was reportedly arrested last night, June 21 at his residence in Maitama, Abuja.
