'General' Muhammadu Buhari's strategy in fighting terrorism has been exposed as a double compared to how he is fighting unarmed Biafran activists and Niger Delta militants. Whereas Buhari is wiling to negotiate with Boko Haram terrorists he has refused to negotiate with Biafrans or the militants. His mantra, in these case is CRUSH THEM!
Buhari's strategic procedure to fight insurgency in the northeast
1. Set up a $21b loan from world bank to assuage Boko haram in the north east
2. Setup high powered committee headed by Danjuma and Dangote to attract donors fund to further appease the aggrieved people of the north east
3. Offer to rehabilitate and de-indoctrinate, and provide induction programmes into society
4. Then mop up the remnant insurgents using maximum force
5. Set up northeast development commission attracting more statutory funds
Buhari's strategic procedure for tackling insurgency in the Niger delta
1. Through the banks identify Niger delta militants/government officials/or contractors under the regime of Gej having above N 100m
2. Force them to return not less than 80% while creating public impression they have looted the economy through financial recklessness and inflation of contract
3. Declare them wanted and confiscate all their properties through hurried indictments obtained from Yoruba/ northern judges
4. Embark on immediate cancellation of the amnesty programme
5. Subdue any resistance by excessive force destroying the villages, towns and properties to serve as deterrent
Buhari strategic procedure for tackling IPOB secession plan: has just one line agenda
Catch them kill them, Catch them kill them, catch them kill them
Police killing them, followed by army killing them followed by herdsman killing them ..."the operative word here is Kill them "
