DE Souza, Vice President of ECOWAS Commission, Edward Singhatey and others have gone to see General Muhammadu Buhari. The Nigerian government is beleived to be arm twisting the ECOWAS in order to influence the ongoing case brought against it by Nnamdi Kanu. Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
