| Breaking! Wike orders Rivers students on overseas scholarship to return |
The Rivers State government led by Governor Nyesom Wike has ordered all Rivers indigenes studying abroad on the state government scholarship to return home and complete their studies. The Biafran sighted a circular to that effect, which is republished below:
