See details of the Fulani Mafia holding Buhari hostage
Information available to 247ureports.com obtained from a consortium of reliable and competent sources indicate that the President of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari and the top administrative machinery of the federal government may have fallen under the grips of a select personalities who have effectively gained the unreserved trust of the President and have managed to successfully fill the topmost and sensitive positions at the Presidency with members belonging to a close circle of group directly linked to the Uncle of President Buhari [Malam Mamman Daura] and to the Chief of Staff [Abba Kyari].

Shortly after  Buhari was announced the winner of the Presidential elections of 2015, the then President-Elect was quick to throw his unalloyed trust to his Uncle, Malam Mamman Daura for guidance on virtually all presidential decisions including staffing and policy formulations. With this, Daura became the man behind the curtain who dictates the pace of Buhari’s administration. Sources within presidential circles reveal that Daura quickly became the sole decision maker.

“The buck stops at his desk” reveals the source who adds that the “President’s day typically begins at 8:30am and ends at 4pm – and immediately its 4pm, the President heads over to Malam Daura’s guest house for fresh ‘fura de nunu’”. While at the guest house, the President will partake in the dairy drink repeatedly till late in the evenings. The source explains that its popularly believed within the Presidency that the President is debriefed at each of the daily meetings at Daura’s guest house.

To a significant segment of the Nigerian populace, Malam Mamman Daura remains unknown even though he is likely the most powerful person in Nigeria. Informed sources portray his background as that of a bankrupt industrialist who is a smooth operator and an avid lover of cricket and hockey. He was once awarded a contract for the supply of classroom and lecture room furniture for Bayero University Kano valued in excess of N100million during the period Prof. Jega held the Vice Chancellor position. The contract was never carried out but the contract sun was paid to Daura completely. “Till date he kept the money and nobody has gone after him”. Our source explains that he is not a party man – does not carry a card belonging to any political party.

The source who gave his name simply as ‘Turaki Adamu’ continued that “This man and a very few selected friends have been constantly and consistently in control of most of the behind the scene maneuvers in and around the world of President Buhari before, during, after and if care is not taken, forever”. He pointed to the recent appointments by Buhari as exemplifying the control exhibited by the mafia around him.

The earliest appointments made by President Buhari was that of Ahmed Kuru as the head of AMCON. Interestingly, Kuru was groomed in the former Habib Bank, formerly owned by Malam Musa Bello, a member of the inner caucus of the Mamman Daura led mafia. According to available information, Kuru is a reputable banker. He was appointed to head AMCON for a specific reason – to ease the strangulation suffered by Mamman Daura and his associates in their bankrupt businesses situated in Kakuri industrial estate in Kaduna.

To add muster to the already odorized situation, the first official visit by the newly elected Governor of Kaduna, Malam Elrufai to a private company was to one of the companies owned by Daura and his associates.

Other appointments made by President Buhari also reeks of nepotism in a manner never witnessed in the history of Nigeria. First off, the appointment of the Chief of Staff to the President in the person of Abba Kyari comes out of the coffers of Malam Mamman Daura. Abba Kyari has been a known lackey of Mamman Daura. He is said to be political jobber with a shady background.

With the coming of Kyari to the office of the chief of staff, a failed administrator was immediately tapped to head of the Permanent Secretary – State House. Kyari in tandem with his political godfather named Jalal Arabi as the new permanent secretary for State House. The sister to Jalal Arabi [Hajiya Kubura] is married to the former Governor of Bauchi State, Adamu Muazu. [Adamu Muazu had awarded lucrative white elephant contracts to Abba Kyari while he was Bauchi Governor]. Jalal Arabi, according to information available to 247ureports.com, had failed to pass the Director’s examination twice – but his dismal records were overlooked – in appointing him the Permanent Secretary. Our source reveals that Jalal Arabi’s appointment as the new Permanent Secretary was primarily to protect the interest of Adamu Muazu.

The nomination of Aisha Abubakar as a ministerial nominee from Sokoto State is another one. She happens to be the daughter of Alhaji Abubakar. Interestingly, she is a daughter of a blood sister of Hajia Ummu Daura. Yes, Mamman Daura’s wife.

Also the ministerial nominee from Adamawa State smacks of the same. Muhammad Bello is the ministerial nominee from Adamawa. Coincidentally, he is the first son of Malam Musa Bello of Habib Bank – who also groomed the present top boss at AMCON. The ministerial nominee from Kaduna, Zainab Shamsuna Ahmad, is the daughter of Late Yahaya Hamza, Governor Elrufai’s Foster father who died a few months ago. The nominee from Jigawa State, Sulaiman Adamu, is the younger brother of Amina Zakari of the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC]. He is also a nephew of President Buhari and by extension Mamman Daura. The nominee from Bauchi State, Adamu Adamu, was groomed by Mamman Daura in NNN, and also planted in PTF. He is a lackey of Mamman Daura.

The following nominees – Amina Zakari of INEC, Sulaiman Adamu of Jigawa ministerial nominee, Amina Mohammed of Gombe ministerial Nominee), all worked as consultants at the AfriProjects Consortium (Sole mega consultants to the defunct PTF) floated by Dr. Mahmud Tukur, Mamman Daura’s business partner for over 40yrs. General Buhari was the top boss at the PTF during the same period.

Owing to what appears a high level of cronyism within the office of Presidency – particularly through the office of the chief of staff, many of the would-be policy directors of the presidency are often thwarted by the supposed facilitators. Many of the ministers would have to go through the chief of staff in primary all their dealing with the presidency. Our source reveals that many of the monies paid out during the Buhari administration had been hijacked by the chief of state – who would then seek for a settlement before he would allow the payment process to proceed. The controversy emanating from the Treasury Single Account [TSA] collection software and the contractual terms of agreement had the influences of the chief of staff – from behind the curtains. “Kyari is just there to make money” states our source who goes to lament that President Buhari may not be aware of what is transpiring around him.

The recent ongoing exodus from the ruling party – All Progressive Congress [APC] – to the opposition party – Peoples Democratic Party [PDP] – by former top members who had defected to the APC from the PDP during the period leading up to the general elections are said to be embarking on the exercise largely due to the cronyism that had taken over the presidency. The present and former speakers of the house of representative [Dogara and Tambuwal] are presently in preparation to finalize their defection. The President of the Senate [Saraki] is presently engaged with the PDP on his return. The former governor of Kano [Kwankwaso] has finalized his return to the PDP.
