What we are saying!!

It is not about Biafra or Nigeria but Nnamdi Kalu an Igbo. Every Igbo man both high and low should speak up and demand the immediate Release of Nnamdi Kalu. Chief Awolowo proclaimed that he is first an Ikene, second, Yoruba and third a Nigerian. So where are the Abians and Ndigbo. Where are the Ohanaeze, Aka Ikenga, etc.

President Mohamadu Buhari blamed the government that was for the mistake they made when they killed Mohamed Yusuf extra judicially instead of a dialogue with him, hence the escalation of Boko Haram even when Mohamed violently pursued the cruel Islamisation and separation of Nigeria. PMB is still expressing his readiness to dialogue and negotiate with Boko Haram if he can identify with their genuine leader. Boko Haram has carried arms and killed thousands of Nigerians and destroyed billions of naira worth of our economic life. Nnamdi Kalu and his group has never carried arms or killed anyone, instead it is the state that has maimed, harassed, intimidated and incarcerated him and her members.

Boko Haram had abused, threatened, killed but Nnamdi had only abused without touching anybody or sent anybody to cause any mayhem. They have been very peaceful, armless and harmless in their expressions. Sen Ali Ndume is seating tight and a majority leader today in the National Assemble, allowed to go for lesser Hajj this year and yet he is standing a treasonable trial for supporting and giving the seed money of N10miillion naira to Boko Haram and yet Benjamin Onwuka and his group for two years now and now Nnamdi Kalu and his group have been hauled into prison without bail and being set free; for an expression of self-determination, seizure of a Radion Station and demand for a two state solution to Nigerian problems.

Prof Wole Soyinka operated Radio Kudirat with all the hard and harsh words used to attract freedom-democracy. A group of Yoruba elders spoke very clearly recently of secession and up till now, nothing has been done to them. Femi Fani Koyede had publicly declared an interest to stop being a Nigeria but an Oduduwa Republican and he is free. What is good for the goose is also good for the gander. Except we are living in an Animal farm where though all animals are equal but some are more equal than others.

PMB publicly and internationally advocated and supported and two state solution and self-determination to the Palestinians in his recent visit to the UN.

PMB should rather dialogue with Nnamdi Kalu and his group, whether a three state (Igbo, Oduduwa and Arewa) or two state Nigeria/…… or one state Nigeria solution (respect and implementation of the 2014 National Conference), and stop this monstrous agitation before we are all consumed by this fire that is ignited. There is obviously fire on the mountain. Let us jaw-jaw now than war-war!
