Ijaw Militants declare war against Buhari's Nigeria. Shuts down Oil Refineries

Ijaw militant groups have declared war against Nigeria and General Muhammadu Buhari. The have sworn to make Buhari's tenure ungovernable as he has refused to meet their "simple demands."

In a shocking video released by the the group, they stated that the have shut down two of Nigeria's major oil producing refineries and have threatened to take violence to the north.
