Again Buhari replaces an Igbo with a Hausa-Fulani man. Appoints Gusau Director General of the Budget Office of the Federation
General Muhammadu Buhari's anti-Igbo policy is almost becoming a daily event. Buhari on Thursday appointed Yahaya Gusau as Director General of the Budget Office of the Federation.

With the appointment Gusau will be replacing Dr. Bright Okogu. According to statement released by Buhari's office, Gusau’s appointment as DG of the Budget Office, is with effect from August 18, 2015 and is for a term of four years, renewable for another four years, unless he attains the retirement age of 60 years or completes 35 years of pensionable service.




Okogu held several top positions before heading the Budget office, including Senior Economist, International Monetary Fund, IMF, in Washington DC; Senior Operations Officer at the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC, Fund and Market Analyst, OPEC Secretariat in Vienna, Austria. He also served as Special Adviser to the Minister of Finance (2004 to 2007) and also the pioneer Executive Secretary of Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (NEITI).

He was renowned for working very hard to deepen openness and transparency the Nigerian budgetery allocations for years, but that did not stop Buhari from replacing him, with one of his kins.

As expected Buhari is positioning agents of the Northern Oligarchy in key offices in Nigeria, as he was advised by by the Oligarchy.

The Biafran reported how soon after his inauguration Buhari had a nocturnal meeting with agents of the Hausa-Fulani Oligarchy who explicitly told him what to do.

The Northern Oligarchy have give Buhari a shopping list for the islamisation of Nigeria. Details of the secret meeting, which meeting took place at the presidential villa on Saturday night, 30th May, 2015. revealed that the northern leaders warned Buhari not to make the kind of mistake Dr Goodluck Jonathan made by not massively developing the Niger Delta. 

They asked Buhari to treat the north, mostly north-west and north-east like every day is his last day in office, citing the long absence of a northerner at the helm of affairs. 

According to the northern leaders, Jonathan focused on the transformation of the entire country, believing that he (Dr Jonathan) will secure a second term in office to massively develop Niger Delta.

An insider and attendee at the nocturnal meeting who demanded anonymity, squeaked that the northern leaders made eight demands from Buhari, including:
1. Appointment of core northern Muslims in to key positions in the country. 

2. Extra financial support for the 19 northern states. 

3. Amnesty for Boko Haram, so that it would be an avenue to empower northern youths. 

4. To establish a world class petroleum university in Katsina state. 

5. To build another refinery in Kano state. 

6. To pay off Tinubu and Amaechi for sponsoring his campaign, so that his presidency can be truly a northern presidency. 

7. To place Ankio Briggs and Asari Dokubo on DSS watch list, seize their passports, because they can turn the Niger Delta region against his presidency. 

8. And lastly they asked him not to honour the gay agreement between his party (APC) and the western countries.
